LOD Risk Manager - GCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary risk partner for the GCC establishment and business
• operations collaborating with business leaders and workstream leads to identify
• assess monitor and mitigate risks while ensuring timely escalation and resolution
• of issues
• Assess and provide oversight of risks arising from strategic change initiatives for
• GCC including process transformation technology implementations automation
• AI adoption and other business change programs
• Support operational resilience and third party risk oversight activities impacting
• GCC operations including business continuity incident response critical
• dependency management workforce resiliency and compliance with enterprise
• TPRM requirements
• Lead the execution and governance enterprise risk programs and initiatives
• including centralized risk and control self assessments risk reporting issue
• management and other first line risk management activities
• Strengthen and mature the First Line of Defense by establishing effective
• governance operating models processes controls and risk management practices
• aligned with the organization s risk appetite and enterprise risk standards
