Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project allocation

Capacity Management

Team Management

Monitor and execute projects within the given timeline

Adhere and achieve KPI's

Forecast and flag project related concerns proactively

Manage communications with multiple stakeholders

Handle escalations

Deep dive to understand RCA and AIs

Digging out and analyzing numbers

Prepare reports

Draft and share MoMs after meetings

Act as a partner to the client - provide solutions

Be proactive - project management and process evaluation

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in key account management within the localization industry.
• Must have prior experience managing global clients or brands, with a strong understanding of international language standards and expectations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of client needs.
