GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

The Financial Manager of Local Product Cost Controlling supports the value creation by ensuring reliable and efficient steering of product costs. Lead initiatives to optimize and give transparency on product costs and direct purchases. Interface with Master Data and serve as the initial point of contact between MD and FinOps

Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement and Accounting

Accountable for local product costs and direct procurement and subcontracting cost control

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Provide accurate local and standard product costings for all the materials in the ERP in each ENVU Legal entity
• Manage Transfer Prices Implementation on materials in each Envu legal entity in consideration of the Transfer prices Accounting guiding rules
• Ensure accuracy for Subcontracting (tolling) cost controlling, In2Care Manufacturing cost controlling, as well as Procurement direct cost controlling
• Ensure a close follow-up on product cost on issues solving and corrections if needed especially for reliable monthly closing and for audits
• Provide to Envu Head of Operational Finance the appropriate information and KPI's on product costs in a timely manner to steer the business, by ensuring the availability of costs information
• Master world-wide by analyzing monthly results for the Envu Legal entities local product costs compared to budget, forecast and previous year.
• Contribute to the Envu Budget and Forecast process for local product costs and transfer prices for trade or subcontracted goods, by supporting defining rules
• Actively participate in the Change Control Board, reviewing proposed system changes for FinOps and ensuring that UAT is completed
• Lead in automation and AI interfacing opportunities in FinOps for all things related to Local Standard Cost
• Serve as primary liaison with Master Data to ensure data accuracy in order to ensure accurate financials

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE

Main requirements:

• Master degree in Finance or Engineer degree
• At least 10 years experience in industrial costing / controlling; good knowledge of controlling principles and accounting
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pro active, ability to work in autonomy within a complex multicultural environment, good ability to work in a team with sense of priority, and capacity to synthesize information
• Has worked in international roles before
• Good knowledge in Controlling systems, ERP's : MSD 365, Power-BI, Datalake/ Datawarehouse
• Advanced understanding of AI tools and how to leverage AI in Finance including Copilot
