Job Description


  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Prepare requirement documents and obtain formal business sign-off
  • Design functional specifications and ensure alignment with business expectations
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams
  • Collaborate with QA/testing teams to develop system and regression test scripts
  • Ensure loan servicing operations are optimized using LoanIQ functionalities
  • Evaluate existing LoanIQ features to identify efficiency improvements and underutilized capabilities
  • Promote consistent processes and best practices across teams
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise governance and compliance standards (HSBC standards)
  • Support production teams in resolving LoanIQ-related operational issues
  • Assist third-line production support during critical system incidents
