Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, monitoring team performance, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives.
Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
Support team members in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Train and mentor new employees on products and sales processes.
Maintain MIS reports and sales trackers.
Coordinate with banks and internal departments for smooth processing of customer applications.
Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
