Loan Sales Executive

Hiring: Loan Sales Executive (DSA Experience Required) | Bengaluru

We are VNY Consultants, a growing loan consultancy based in Bengaluru. We help individuals and businesses secure home loans, business loans, MSME loans, personal loans, and government-backed funding schemes.

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience working under a DSA or with a bank/NBFC loan team — someone who knows the process, knows how to source clients, and can help us build and train a small team as we grow.

What you will be doing:

— Handling client enquiries and doing initial loan eligibility assessments

— Sourcing and converting leads through your existing network and channels

— Coordinating with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and follow-ups

— Sharing your knowledge of lead generation and DSA operations with the team

— Building referral relationships with CAs, real estate agents, and brokers

What we are looking for:

— 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, DSA operations, or bank/NBFC field roles

— Good understanding of home loans, business loans, or personal loans

— Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude

— Someone who is self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment

— Bengaluru-based preferred, though we are open to remote for the right candidate
