Job Title: Loan Sales Executive – Property Loans

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire customers for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Identify potential customers and explain property loan products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and referral partners.
• Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
• Follow up on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in both Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) is mandatory.
• Candidates must have 2.5–4 years of experience with their current company.
• Educational qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree / 3-Year Diploma, with a minimum of 15 years of education.
• Maximum age: 35 years.
• Only candidates with experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property will be considered.
