Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Sales Executive based in Delhi, India. The Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and guiding customers through the loan application process. Daily tasks include understanding customer financial needs, offering tailored loan solutions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate to enable swift approvals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and achieving sales targets will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen with expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and client engagement
- Ability to identify customer needs, evaluate financial profiles, and provide customized loan solutions
- Proficiency in documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company processes
- Knowledge of financial products and understanding of loan operations and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of achieving sales targets under deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
