Key Responsibilities:
Loan Processing & Operations
- Manage and process loan applications, including credit checks and disbursement.
- Coordinate with external parties, such as lenders and vendors, to facilitate loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of loan transactions and performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with loan processing and servicing.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Apply knowledge of industry standards and internal controls to maintain operational integrity.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications efficiently.
- Analyze loan data to identify trends, errors, and areas for process improvement.
