Roles Responsibilities
Prospecting suspects, converting them into prospects and customers through effective need analysis, eligibility profiling, and consistent followups.
Contacting individuals to pitch loan/credit products, explaining benefits, features, and eligibility criteria.
Handling objections, resolving queries, and ensuring quality conversations with accuracy, product knowledge, and punctuality.
Supporting the sales team with prompt calling, cordial collaboration, and timely feedback.
Updating CRM/software with customer details, generating references, and sharing market insights with supervisors.
Desired Profile: Strong communication skills, sales background preferred, familiarity with CRM tools, confident, targetoriented, motivated by incentives.
