- Project Support, Migration & Testing
- Lead configuration workshops, mapping definition, data migration strategies (e.g. ACBS → Loan IQ).
- Support test planning, execution, regression and UAT, including patch releases.
- Integration & Data Management
- Collaborate with upstream/downstream teams to define interfaces (API, flat files, MQ, middleware).
- Handle data conversion tools, reconcile migrated data, ensure data integrity.
- Stakeholder & Issue Management
- Gather requirements, draft business and functional specs, communicate effectively across teams.
- Analyze and resolve platform issues, propose options, support governance and compliance efforts.
- Training & Support
- Train and mentor users, maintain documentation, best practice guides.
- Provide ongoing BAU support, post-implementation monitoring.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience
- 8–12+ years in Loan IQ functional roles; 2–4 years in data migration projects preferred.
- Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Deep familiarity with Loan IQ's data model, static data, batch jobs, and GL interfaces.
- Proficiency in SQL, database schema design, data analysis, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of commercial lending, syndicated and bilateral products.
- Tools & Methodologies
- Experience with DCT migration tools, Jira, Confluence, Agile/SDLC.
- Technical integration experience via APIs, middleware (MQ/Mulesoft).
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Capable of conducting workshops, producing specifications, and guiding teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Loan IQ or Finastra platforms
- Comprehensive experience in migrations (e.g. ACBS → Loan IQ).
- Familiarity with reporting, RPA, test automation, and technical writing.
