About Position
We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Analyst to join our team in Pune (Kharadi). This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in LoanIQ, data analysis, reporting, and application support, particularly within the commercial and syndicated lending domain. As a Loan IQ Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data analysis, reporting, and system integration initiatives across syndicated loan and commercial lending platforms. You will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and operations to analyze LoanIQ data, develop SQL-based insights, support reconciliations, and ensure data accuracy across upstream and downstream systems. The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of LoanIQ data structures, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of the loan lifecycle, including agency functions and loan accounting processes. You will contribute across the full data lifecyclefrom analysis and reconciliation to reporting and integrations supporting business-critical decision-making and operational stability.

What You'll Do
- We are seeking an IT Data Analyst with strong LoanIQ product experience to support data analysis, reporting, and system integration initiatives across syndicated loans and commercial lending platforms.
- The role requires hands-on expertise in LoanIQ data structures, SQL query development, and end-to-end data analysis.
Expertise You'll Bring
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience with LoanIQ (data, reporting, or application support).
- Advanced SQL skills (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle events and syndicated loan operations.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reconciliation in banking systems.
- Domain Knowledge Commercial loans, syndicated loans, and agency operations.
- Familiarity with loan accounting and reporting processes.
- Experience with ETL tools, data warehouses, or data lakes.
- Exposure to BI / reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic scripting (Python, Shell) for data analysis or automation.
- Understanding of data lineage and metadata management.
