Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, and other earth-moving equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate operations and meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times during operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in operating heavy machinery, specifically loader equipment.
- Valid operator's license or certification for heavy machinery operations.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on loader machinery.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
