Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise Load Balancers (F5, Citrix NetScaler, A10, or equivalent).
  • Perform L2-level troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for load balancing issues.
  • Configure virtual servers, SSL offloading, traffic redirection, persistence, and health monitoring.
  • Monitor load balancer performance, traffic distribution, and implement optimizations.
  • Work on failover, redundancy, and disaster recovery strategies for load balancing solutions.
  • Apply security policies including SSL/TLS certificate management and DDoS mitigation.
  • Collaborate with network, application, and security teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and knowledge base for operational efficiency.
  • Provide on-call support for critical production issues.
