About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Load & Performance Testing Engineer to join our team in Motera, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring application scalability, stability, and performance under various load conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance & load test scripts.
Identify performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
Conduct stress, spike, endurance, and volume testing.
Monitor system performance metrics (CPU, memory, DB, network).
Analyze test results and prepare detailed performance reports.
Work closely with development and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
Participate in performance tuning of applications and databases.
Maintain performance testing documentation and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
37 years of experience in Performance / Load Testing.
Hands-on Experience With Tools Such As
JMeter
LoadRunner
Gatling
BlazeMeter (preferred)
Strong Understanding Of
Web applications architecture
API testing
Database performance tuning
Server monitoring tools
Experience with CI/CD integration for performance testing.
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
Scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or Groovy).
Understanding of Microservices architecture.
