Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven International IT Business Development Specialist with proven experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling end-to-end sales cycles, engaging in technical discussions with clients, and converting prospects into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate international leads for IT services through various channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client requirement analysis and initial technical discussions
- Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions
- Schedule and manage client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT services sales (international market)
- Strong understanding of web/mobile development, SaaS, or IT solutions
- Experience in lead generation platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle technical discussions with clients
- Proven track record of closing deals independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with US/UK/Australian clients
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Basic understanding of AI, SaaS, or automation solutions
