Job Role :

As aLearningHubContent Specialist,you'llsupportAutoRABIT'sLearningHubLead in managing andmaintainingour customer-facing learning content. This role focuses on ensuring training materials are well-organized,accurate, and effective for customer onboarding and enablement.

You'llcollaborate with internal teams and occasionally interact with customers to understand learning needs, respond to content-related questions, and improve the overall learner experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize courses, modules, and resources within theLearningHub
  • Update learning materials to reflect product updates and process changes
  • Apply learning content workflows and quality standards
  • MonitorLearningHubperformance and flag content or platform issues
  • Review customer feedback and usage data to improve learning effectiveness
  • Assistwith learning content audits andidentifygaps in training coverage
  • SupportLearningHubmigrations, enhancements, and content improvements
  • Coordinate with product, enablement, engineering, and customer-facing teams
  • Responsibility of to adhere to set internal control

Desired Skills and Knowledge

  • 12 years of experience working with content platforms or learning management systems (LMS)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort learning new tools, systems, and technical concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple content updates whilemaintainingaccuracy
  • Clear, professional written communication skills, including customer-facing content
  • Experience with LMS platforms or customer education programs
  • Background in enablement, training, or content coordination
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or enterprise software
  • Experience supporting or interacting with customers in a content or enablement role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
