Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist located in Delhi. The LMS Specialist will manage and maintain the organization's LMS platform, oversee content uploads, and ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities include designing and scheduling courses, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining documentation, and providing training and support to users. The role also involves working closely with team members to implement updates, monitor system performance, and ensure compliance with organizational and educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining LMS platforms, including course design and content management
• Monitor learner progress, course completion, and certification records.
• Handling Digital Academic Content
• Generate reports and dashboards related to training performance and attendance.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain training records.
• Department operations and development cycle for the digital system.
• Maintain compliance with company training policies and standards.
• Suggest improvements for better learner engagement and system efficiency.
