We are seeking a skilled LLMs (Large Language Models) specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and optimizing language models to enhance our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into existing systems and workflows.
- Conduct research to enhance the capabilities of LLMs and stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP.
- Analyze and evaluate model performance, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare documentation and reports on model performance and methodologies used.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-11 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering for text data.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying models.
- Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and techniques for performance optimization.
