Summary:

As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving model architectures and datasets to improve the relevance and effectiveness of the models in various applications. The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards and contextual requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies to optimize model performance.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align model capabilities with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize model training workflows.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning for language models.
• Experience in integrating language models into production environments and monitoring their behavior.

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
