As a LLM Model Developer, you will engage in the intricate process of fine-tuning Large Language Models. Your typical day will involve working closely with data sets to enhance model relevance and performance through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the models meet specific contextual needs, contributing to the overall success of projects aimed at advancing language processing capabilities.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for model optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Engineering Support.
• Strong understanding of model fine-tuning techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with data preprocessing and augmentation for model training.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for model development.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries relevant to language models.
