Summary:

As an LLM Model Developer, a typical day involves working closely with advanced language models to refine their capabilities by focusing on instruction fine-tuning and adapting them to specific domains. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models into broader workflows and applications.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), AGENTIC AI.
• Strong understanding of model fine-tuning techniques and domain adaptation strategies.
• Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret model behavior to optimize performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
