Summary:
As a GenAI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging both traditional machine learning and advanced generative AI techniques. The role combines strong ML engineering fundamentals with expertise in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks to build scalable, production-ready AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications powered by LLMs, multimodal models, and generative AI architectures
- Fine-tune foundation models using techniques such as LoRA and PEFT for domain-specific applications
- Build RAG pipelines using vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate
- Integrate frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel into production environments
- Develop and deploy machine learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
- Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain scalable data pipelines
- Implement MLOps/DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and automated retraining
- Optimize model inference through quantization, distillation, and efficient hardware utilization
- Establish evaluation frameworks for both ML and GenAI models (accuracy, fairness, hallucination control, grounding)
- Monitor deployed models to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Professional & Technical Skills:
- AWS, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases
- Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain)
- Agentic frameworks and GenAI orchestration tools
- DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members
