• Key area: Land acquisition, land due diligence, negotiations, documentation and related legal matters
• Handled ROC
• Reporting to: Chairman / Director
• Experience: 7+ years
• CTC: 12–15 LPA
• Preferred background: Manufacturing/industrial company experience, particularly handling industrial land, property matters, registrations, agreements, litigation and government authorities.
• Seniority: Mid-to-senior level, with the ability to independently handle land/legal negotiations and advise senior management.
• LLB + CS mandatory/preferred.
• Proven experience in land acquisition specifically for plant/manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, land/revenue matters, contracts and corporate laws.
• Experience dealing with government authorities and local stakeholders.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
