Live Underwriter

A Minimum of 3+ years work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting.

About the Role

Expertise in Underwriting – Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios.
• Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction.
• Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac).
• Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection.
• Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly.
• Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy.
• Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in Live underwriting (All 4c's). Pre-underwriting not eligible.
