Job Description
• Gender: Female
• Age: 20–25 years
• Education: Graduate, preferably in Education or Psychology
• Languages: Fluent in English and Kannada
• Willing to live in at the residence
• Prior experience with childcare preferred
• Patient, nurturing, and trustworthy disposition
Key Responsibilities
• Provide full-time care and supervision for the child
• Assist with daily routines: meals, hygiene, dressing, and naps
• Engage the child in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and outdoor time
• Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times
• Communicate clearly with parents/family regarding the child's needs and daily activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the child's room/play area
• Accompany the child for school drop-off/pick-up or outings.
