Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and tech-savvy Live Class Coordinator to manage the smooth execution of online/live classes and coordinate with faculty and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor live online classes on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely start and smooth conduct of live sessions.
• Manage Zoom/Google Meet/YouTube Live and related platforms.
• Coordinate with faculty, students, and the academic team.
• Handle basic technical issues during live classes.
• Monitor class attendance and maintain session records.
• Upload/manage class recordings and related study materials.
• Coordinate with the content and technical teams for class requirements.
• Ensure proper scheduling and communication of live classes.
  
  

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome with good computer knowledge.
• Good hands-on experience with MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Comfortable working with online meeting/live-streaming platforms.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive situations.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge will be an added advantage.
