Legodesk is a cloud-based legal software solution designed to meet the needs of law firms, banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs. It offers comprehensive features to streamline legal operations, enabling legal teams to focus on core legal tasks. Legodesk includes capabilities such as case tracking across Indian courts, legal process automation, client collaboration, online dispute resolution, and automated legal notice management. With innovative tools like route optimization, integrated mapping, and automated reminders, Legodesk enhances operational efficiency for its users.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Counsel located in Bengaluru. The Litigation Counsel will handle a wide range of legal tasks, including offering legal advice, addressing litigation issues, preparing legal documents, and representing the organization in court. The role also includes managing legal risks, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet legal and operational objectives.

• Deep knowledge of Law and the ability to address Legal Issues
• Proficient in providing sound Legal Advice and legal document preparation
• Experience in handling cases in Courts and understanding court procedures
• Strong skills in Negotiation and conflict resolution
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher; membership in the Bar Council of India is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with legal software and tools is advantageous
