Litigation Associate-Gurinder & Partners

Gurinder & Partners is looking for a Litigation Associate to work across civil and criminal litigation, arbitration and commercial advisory matters. The role offers direct exposure to court practice, client strategy, draftings and dispute resolution.

• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other forums across Delhi NCR
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, agreements, and legal opinions
• Assist in litigation strategy, arbitration matters, and client advisory work
• Conduct legal research and case preparation
• Maintain client coordination and support the Firm's professional communication initiatives

• LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year course) from a reputed university with a strong academic record
• 3–5 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation, preferably across Delhi NCR
• Strong drafting, research, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to actively engage with court procedures, filings, and regular appearances across forums
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation environment
