This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate (Chartered Accountant) located in Coimbatore. The role involves conducting in-depth legal research and drafting motions, managing court-related documentation, assisting with depositions, and representing cases in courts or supported legal proceedings. The candidate will work closely with clients and team members to provide tailored litigation solutions and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Knowledge and experience in Law, including legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance
• Proficiency in drafting and managing Motions and related legal documents
• Strong Research skills for case preparation and legal strategies
• Familiarity with conducting and supporting Depositions and engaging with clients during proceedings
• Experience with Court procedures and practical knowledge of courtroom practices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong interest in litigation and compliance
