Job Description

  • Oversee the financial consolidation process to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on financial reporting requirements.
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify key trends and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting standards.
  • Provide strategic guidance on consolidation processes and financial controls.
  • Coordinate with auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audit processes.
  • Support leadership in decision-making with accurate financial information and analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM-Consolidation should have:

  • CA / MBA (Tier 1) with 15 + Years of work experience
  • Strong expertise in financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Experience in the Infrastructure industries.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
  • A proven ability to manage large-scale financial data and processes.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
