We are hiring for the post of a Liquidity Management & Reporting Analyst for an Indian multinational technology company that provides IT services, consulting, and business process services. It is a leader in the Indian IT market and is one of the six leading Big Tech companies in India. The candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experienced.
Role Description
As an Analyst within the Liquidity Management & Reporting function, you will support the day-to-day execution of liquidity monitoring, regulatory reporting, and process automation initiatives for an International Bank. You will contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of liquidity dashboards, CBUAE regulatory submissions, and ALCO reporting, while actively driving automation to reduce manual effort and improve data integrity across the finance function.

Liquidity Monitoring & Reporting
· Prepare and maintain the Daily Liquidity Report, tracking key ratios including ELAR, ASRR, LCR, and internal liquidity buffers against regulatory and internal limits.
· Support the preparation of CBUAE regulatory submissions (BRF95/96 and related returns) on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
· Monitor early warning indicators (EWIs) and assist in the preparation of Contingency Funding Plan (CFP) evidence and documentation.
· Conduct analysis on deposit flows, CASA trends, and funding concentration to support forward-looking liquidity management.
· Contribute to the preparation of ALCO packs, board risk committee presentations, and liquidity-related management reports.
Automation & Process Improvement
· Design and develop Python / VBA-based automation tools to streamline recurring liquidity reporting and data manipulation tasks.
· Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time liquidity monitoring and performance tracking.
· Leverage SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading from core banking and treasury systems.
· Utilize Alteryx workflows for data blending and analytics automation.
· Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to reduce manual spreadsheet dependency and shorten reporting cycles.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
· Assist in the preparation of stress testing scenarios (idiosyncratic, systemic, combined) and scenario analysis to assess the bank's liquidity survival horizon.
· Ensure all liquidity-related activities comply with CBUAE guidelines, internal policies, and Basel III liquidity standards.
· Support audit and regulatory review processes by maintaining well-documented and accurate data trails.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
· Liaise with Treasury, Risk Management, and FP&A teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of liquidity data.
· Participate in the maker-checker review process and maintain quality standards for all deliverables.
· Contribute to documentation updates for liquidity procedures, ensuring materials are ALCO-ready and audit-proof.
Education & Professional Qualifications
· Chartered Accountant (CA) — Mandatory
· CFA / FRM — Preferred but not required
Experience
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in liquidity management, treasury, or financial reporting within a bank or financial institution.
· Demonstrated experience working with regulatory liquidity frameworks (ELAR, ASRR, LCR, NSFR, Basel III).
· Prior experience in an offshore / shared services finance function supporting a GCC or international bank is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills — Mandatory
· Python — data automation, scripting, and analytics
· Power BI — dashboard development, DAX, data modeling
· VBA / Excel — advanced automation of financial models
· SQL — querying and managing large datasets
· Alteryx — workflow automation and data preparation
Technical Skills — Preferred
· Familiarity with Oracle / Hyperion, SAP, or Anaplan (EPM/FP&A tools)
· Exposure to SupTech / RegTech reporting platforms
· Experience with SharePoint for collaborative document management
