About The Role
We are urgently looking for a skilled Linux System Administrator who can join our team immediately or within a very short notice period. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Linux server management, troubleshooting, security, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Linux servers, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
- Perform regular OS patching, server upgrades, and system maintenance.
- Handle server and network management, including VPN setup, firewall configuration, backups, and monitoring.
- Configure and troubleshoot Apache2 / Nginx web servers.
- Manage MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS (IAM, S3) and OVH for infrastructure management.
- Develop and maintain Bash and Python scripts for automation.
- Use GitLab / GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
- Manage device setup, user access, routers, and load balancers.
- Collaborate with teams and provide strong analytical and troubleshooting support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1- 2 years of hands-on Linux administration experience
- Strong understanding of server security, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Experience with web servers, databases, and networking
- Basic to intermediate cloud knowledge (AWS preferred)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
