About the role:We are looking for a motivatedL1 Linux Support Engineerto provide first-level technical support for our Linux and Windows systems. The ideal candidate will havea strong foundationin Linux fundamentals and networkingbasics andbe able to communicate effectively with customers while handling support tickets and chats.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Provide basic troubleshooting for Linux and Windows systems.
  • Handle L1supportstickets and live chats through tools like WHMCS and tawk.to.
  • Monitor, track, and resolve support requests efficiently.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 teams as needed.
  • Document solutions andmaintainknowledge base for recurring issues.

Skills set:

  • Strong understanding ofLinux fundamentalsandLinux commands.
  • Basic knowledge ofnetworking concepts.
  • Familiarity with support tools such asWHMCSandtawk.tois a plus.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple support requests simultaneously.
