LINUX Server Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Linux Trainer who can deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Linux administration, command-line operations, server management, networking basics, shell scripting, and system troubleshooting. The trainer should be capable of conducting both theoretical and practical sessions while maintaining students performance records and assessments. Strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to guide students toward industry readiness are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Linux operating systems and server administration.

· Teach Linux installation, configuration, file management, user management, permissions, networking, and shell scripting.

· Prepare training materials, assignments, practical exercises, and assessment tests.

· Guide students in troubleshooting Linux system and network-related issues.

· Conduct lab sessions and ensure proper maintenance of systems and training infrastructure.

· Monitor students performance, attendance, and practical progress regularly.

· Provide industry-oriented knowledge and real-time project guidance to students.

· Assist students in interview preparation, certifications, and career development.

· Maintain training records, reports, and batch documentation.

· Stay updated with the latest Linux technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Linux Operating Systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, etc.)

· Good understanding of Linux installation, configuration, and administration

· Configuration Management with Ansible

· Advance LINUX Bash Shell Scripting

· Virtualization VMWare V Sphere

· Practical knowledge of user management, permissions, and file systems

· Ability to handle lab sessions and practical training effectively

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner

· Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization will be an added advantage

· Team handling and student management skills

· Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation management

Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: [B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech]
• Certification Required : RHCE, RHCSA, VM Ware VCP-DCV

Experience Required

• Experienced
• Minimum 5 years preferred
