Responsibilities

• Experience in Unix (Solaris) , Linux and Cluster Administration while managing Large Infrastructure Support Teams. •
• Strong Problem solving & technical skills coupled with confident decision making for enabling effective solutions leading to high customer satisfaction and low operational costs.
• Demonstrated skills in effective implementation of the incident, Change and Problem management process, carrying out the corresponding reporting and representing the second stage of escalation for resolution within the time frame.
• SLA and Escalation Management

MUST HAVE

Identify performance issues in Linux/AIX servers

manage file system or space issues on Linux/AIX for Oracle DB

Handle user and access control on Linux /Unix servers

Troubleshoot network-related issues on Linux Unix servers
