Linux Infrastructure Engineer (Private/Public Cloud)
Job Description
Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-6 years Linux system administration experience (SLES, RedHat, Ubuntu, )
- Public cloud solutions (preference on Azure)
- Container technology (Docker, Kubernetes, )
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
- Ability to code and script (bash, ruby, python, )
- Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible..)
- Virtualization experience and understanding of the concepts (VMware)
- Storage Administration experience (NetApp)
- Version control systems (Git)
- Understand basic network core concepts/protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, )
- Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
