Key Skills:
- LEAPP experience will be added advantage however resource with good command on LINUX will be a good choice.
- We need someone with good troubleshooting skills in Linux OS, with exposure to SELINUX, Firewall, File System, Package management etc..
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve upgrade failures during the RHEL LEAPP process.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
Ansible automation (playbooks, roles, workflows).
Pre- and post-upgrade tasks (agent installation, mount validation).
System configurations impacting upgrade success.
- Identify root causes of automation failures (Ansible, Python scripts, shell scripts).
- Validate post-upgrade system state (e.g., mounts, services, agents).
- Collaborate with Level-1 engineers, providing guidance and escalation support.
- Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to process improvements.
