Provide L2 support for Linux-based servers in production, development, and test environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level issues, system performance bottlenecks, and service outages.
Perform routine system administration tasks such as user and group management, file system maintenance, patching, and disk space monitoring.
Manage and monitor system logs, cron jobs, services, and processes.
Respond to alerts and incidents raised by monitoring tools
