Senior Linux Engineer
Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Mumbai
Mode: Hybrid (3 days from the office)
Shift Timing: Rotational (EMEA/US/APAC)
Working Hours: 45 hours / week
Skills Required: Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and RedHat OpenShift.
Responsibilities include
- Administer and deploy Linux/Unix systems, servers, and OpenShift platform
- Provide L3/Tier 3 support for enterprise applications and infrastructure
- Automate tasks using Ansible
- Monitor performance, patch systems, and ensure high availability & reliability
- Implement security hardening and conduct audits
- Manage core services (DNS, SMTP, SSH)
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
Qualifications Include
- 6–9 years of Linux/Unix administration experience
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Experience with Ansible/Puppet/Salt
- Strong in VMware or similar virtualization
- Exposure to HCI platforms (Nutanix, etc.)
- Scripting (Shell/Python) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience of LDAP/SSO
- Strong automation mindset and problem-solving skills
