Knowledge, Experience and Skill / Competency and Responsibility Requirements

• Type of required functional knowledge (depth, breadth):
• Experience working in international environments
• Expert knowledge and practical experience in S&I Compute (including processes, e.g. ITIL)
• High solution orientation and technical understanding (Build & Run)
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Awareness of IT Security principles as well as knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization.
• Excellent know-how of operating systems on physical and virtual environment (Build & Run)
• Excellent knowledge on Linux automation tools like ansible, saltstack,
• Excellent knowledge of containerized solutions like kubernetes, openshift and docker swarm
• Experience with setting up and troubleshooting Linux server (RHEL) and the tools on this platform
• Very good understanding of the interaction between Windows and Linux (Active Directory, Fileservices, )
• Very good know-how in command line administration
• Type and length of experience required for the position:
• Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, automation, industrial engineering, or comparable degree or equivalent at least 8 years professional domain experience
• Further skills and competencies required:
• Very good spoken and written languages skills (EN, assignment country language is a benefit)
• Intercultural competences due to international cooperation
• Team player
