Required Skill:
Should have solid understanding and working experience of Linux system administration and basic knowledge on AIX.
Hands on experience in RedHat and SUSE OS upgrade and migration
Hands on experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration (version 7, 8 and 9), and SUSE (version 15)
Should have strong troubleshooting skills on Unix related issues
Hands on experience in RedHat and SUSE clustering.
Should have a knowledge on physical hardware's (Client, Client, Client)
Should have a knowledge on SAN and NAS disk management
Should have a knowledge on multipath, bonding and teaming configuration and troubleshooting
Working on Problem ticket and root cause analysis
Strong knowledge in RAID and LVM Administration and troubleshooting.
User Management, RPM management, Kernel patch management, and configuration management.
Kernel compilation, building, installation of a Custom Kernel, patching and fine tuning
Must have experience in VMWare vCenter.
Good knowledge about the Linux system files, boot process and Run levels.
Proactive monitoring of system performance and capacity planning.
Proactive analysis on problem area and risk mitigation.
Active participants on automations, SIP, and documentation.
Basic knowledge on scripting.
