Linux Administrator

Responsibilities :

Technical delivery of Unix / Linux administration activities for mission critical production support environments

Plan & execute OS version upgrades, OS Migrations, Server build, Application specific configuration and Cluster setup

Lead the team in client meetings

Troubleshoot & resolve incidents with stringent SLA

Provide on-call support during non-business hours as needed

Engage in Problem management process for root cause determination & permanent corrective action

Support the team in resolving critical technical issues during crisis situations

Act as a single point of ownership for the Customer solution during Critical Incidents

Implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts

Create and publish knowledge base articles and contribute to knowledge management activities in the service

Bring in Automation solutions in the project

Provide training on Technology or Process to Team Expert
