Linux Administrator_ Contract role_ Immediate Joiner Required

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (KVM, ESXi).
• Experience with networking, storage, and security concepts. Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and related software, including performance tuning, security updates, and troubleshooting.
• Cloud Migration: Assist with cloud migration projects, including infrastructure assessments, migration planning, and execution.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Work on AWS to build and manage cloud environments, including VMs, storage, and networking.
• Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts for automating tasks, provisioning resources, and managing cloud environments.
• Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect Linux systems and cloud infrastructure from unauthorized access.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of Linux-based infrastructure.
• Collaboration: Work with other IT teams (DevOps, Networking, Security) to ensure successful cloud migration and ongoing system maintenance.
• Documentation: Document system configurations, procedures, and cloud infrastructure.
