Role Type:         L2 Engineer with knowledge of both Linux and Windows to provide onsite administration and day-to-day operational support.

 Job description :

·      Responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and operational support of Linux and Window servers in production and non-production environments.

·      Perform routine health checks of servers, services, CPU, memory, disk, filesystem, and network utilization.

·      Troubleshoot server availability, performance connectivity and application-related issues.

·      Coordinate with application, database, network, storage, OEM, Vendors and virtualization teams for issue resolution.

·      Analyze system logs and identify root causes

·      Respond to incidents/tickets within defined SLA.

·      Good Communication

·      Documentation : Maintain SOPs, operational checklists.

·      Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.

·      Preferred – Red hat Certified.
