Job Role: LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

Type: Full time

Experience: 1.5 to 3 years

KaizIn is a leading LinkedIn marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses amplify their online presence and achieve exceptional growth. We're now looking for an experienced LinkedIn Outreach Specialist ((SDR/BDR) to join our marketing team and execute lead generation campaigns end-to-end. 

About The Role:

We're looking for someone who understands LinkedIn beyond just posting. Someone who knows how to turn conversations into qualified leads.Someone who can consistently generate leads and book conversations.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing LinkedIn outreach campaigns using a mix of automation tools, personalization, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Generate qualified leads for clients, including booking meetings for them. 
  • Use automation tools effectively and safely.
  • Build highly targeted prospect lists (ICP-based targeting).
  • Write and optimize connection requests & follow-up sequences.
  • Manage inbox conversations and qualify leads.
  • Track campaign performance and continuously improve results.
  • Ensure account safety and follow LinkedIn best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation/outreach.
  • Solid understanding of Sales Navigator & data scraping.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging angles.
  • Ability to write natural, non-salesy outreach messages.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset (comfortable with metrics, testing, and optimization).
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of google workspace: google docs/ sheets/ slides etc.
  • Experience targeting international markets (US, Europe, Israel, etc.).
