Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site, night shift role based in Navi Mumbai. The LinkedIn Outreach Specialist will focus on building professional relationships with decision-makers in the U.S. market across industries such as healthcare, mortgage, appraisal management, and related service sectors.
The role involves executing B2B LinkedIn outreach campaigns, identifying and engaging with potential prospects such as leaders, and business decision-makers, and initiating meaningful conversations that open opportunities for the sales team.
Key responsibilities include prospect research, identifying relevant companies and decision-makers, crafting personalized LinkedIn messages, managing outreach sequences, and nurturing conversations that lead to qualified meetings. The specialist will also maintain accurate records in the CRM, track engagement metrics, and collaborate closely with the sales team to support pipeline development.
Success in this role requires strong written communication, research ability, understanding of B2B relationship building, and the ability to engage professionals in a thoughtful and non-salesy manner.
