Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn & Email Outreach Specialist to manage and execute outbound lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, running outreach campaigns, and generating qualified opportunities through LinkedIn and cold email strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Execute cold email campaigns using tools like Smartlead, Instantly, or similar platforms

● Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools like Sales Navigator, Dripify, Aimfox, etc.

● Identify and build targeted lead lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)

● Personalize outreach messages to improve response and conversion rates

● Track and optimize campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions)

● Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions and status

● Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and outreach strategies

● Follow up with prospects and nurture leads for conversion

● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 1–3 years of experience in email marketing / lead generation / outreach

● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

● Experience with cold email tools (Smartlead, Instantly, etc.)

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Understanding of B2B sales and lead generation strategies

● Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

● Basic knowledge of email deliverability and domain setup is a plus

● Experience in international (US/UK) markets

● Knowledge of automation tools and workflows

● Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

● Number of qualified leads generated

● Email open and reply rates

● LinkedIn connection and response rates

● Conversion rate from outreach to meetings
