Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation and business growth across Indian and International markets. The role involves identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold emailing, and cold calling
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers across Indian and global markets
  • Promote services including website development, application development, AI/ML solutions, and IoT-based digital products
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Use CRM tools to track leads and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and demo targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outbound sales
  • Knowledge of email marketing and cold outreach strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms
  • Ability to work with both Indian and international clients
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in IT services or software industry
  • Understanding of web development, mobile apps, AI/ML, and IoT solutions
  • Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)

Key Metrics:

  • Monthly qualified leads generated
  • Number of demos/meetings scheduled
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio
