About Funked Media and Entertainment Pvt Ltd

Funked Media is a content-driven growth agency working primarily with coaches and personal brands. We help clients generate inbound authority and outbound opportunities through strategic content, engagement, and direct messaging systems.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Outreach & DM Closer responsible for initiating conversations, nurturing leads, and converting them into booked calls or qualified prospects.

This role combines outbound prospecting with conversational sales. You will operate directly inside Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts.

Key Responsibilities1. Outreach Execution

  • Identify and engage with targeted prospects across:
  • Instagram (DMs, story replies, comments)
  • LinkedIn (connection requests, messages)
  • Facebook (groups, Messenger outreach)
  • Execute daily outreach volume targets with personalization

2. Conversation Management

  • Handle inbound and outbound DMs
  • Build rapport and qualify leads
  • Follow structured conversation frameworks (scripts provided)

3. Closing Support

  • Move prospects toward:
  • Booking calls
  • Expressing buying intent
  • Handle objections using predefined frameworks

4. CRM / Tracking

  • Maintain lead tracking sheets or CRM tools
  • Update conversation statuses and follow-ups

5. Client & Internal Outreach

  • Execute outreach for:
  • Agency clients (mainly coaches)
  • Funked Media's own lead generation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with social media outreach or DM setting
  • Strong written communication (casual but persuasive tone)
  • Understanding of buyer psychology and objection handling
  • Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook ecosystems
  • Ability to follow scripts but adapt naturally

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in agency environment or working with coaches
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
  • Experience with tools like:
  • Google Sheets / CRM
  • Automation tools (optional)

KPIs (What Success Looks Like)

  • Daily outreach volume
  • Response rate
  • Qualified leads generated
  • Calls booked
  • Conversion contribution

Compensation

  • Fixed + Performance-based incentives
  • (or specify depending on your model)

Work Structure

  • On-Site, Full time role based in Guwahati
  • 10am to 6pm
